Security, privacy and compliance for the Zoravet veterinary practice platform — in plain language, always current.
Zoravet is a practice-management platform for veterinary clinics: agenda, consults, invoicing, inventory and bookkeeping for the clinic team, with a white-label app for their clients. Everything runs on one shared, EU-hosted infrastructure, with hard separation between clinics.
Security is a design choice, not an afterthought: every database query is centrally constrained to the requesting clinic and fails closed if that context is missing. An independent audit with three external reviewers (July 2026) found zero confirmed cross-tenant data leaks. Traffic and storage are encrypted; backups run daily, are replicated cross-region, and the restore procedure has actually been tested against production.
Zoravet is a small, young company (a single founder) and is open about it: we don't claim certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2) we don't hold, nor a 24/7 SOC. What we do state is real: the Security Statement and DPA describe exactly what is built, tested and active today.
